Dr. Pancham Aggarwal

Dr. Pancham Aggarwal BDS, MDS is a specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He received his BDS degree from Pb. Government Dental College and Hospital, Amritsar, India in 2003 and completed his MDS degree in Orthodontics from Tver State Medical Academy, Tver, Russia in 2007. He is unique in raising his education credentials and exemplary for others when he passed National Board Dental Examinations, JCNDE, USA and got the opportunity to pursue DDS at School of Dental Medicine, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Colorado, USA.

Dr. Pancham treats young children, teens, and adults alike with a gentle touch and a great sense of humor, immediately putting every patient at ease. Very passionate about Orthodontics and Implantology and his primary goal is to provide each patient with tailored, individualized treatment to achieve a beautiful, natural smile and ideal bite. He always takes the time to give each patient the care and attention he or she needs. He resides in Khanna, Punjab with her wife Dr. Rajni Aggarwal and his children. He enjoys visiting family and friends and has remarkable record of attending conferences and continuing education in various countries of the world. He has various journal article publications. He was elected as Honorary Secretary for Indian Dental Association, Khanna branch and is an active member of International Team for Implantology, Indian Orthodontic Society, Indian Society of Oral Implantologists, Indian Association of Forensic Odontology, International Functional Association, EurAsian Association of Orthodontists. He has been awarded by Red Cross Hospital Welfare Section, Moga, India in 2003 and has more than 14 years of experience.

Dr. Rajni Aggarwal BDS is a highly professional, detail-oriented dentist, who treats her patients with precision, compassion and respect. She pays special attention to each patient, creating a treatment that focuses on patients’ needs and incorporates their wishes.

After receiving a dental degree in year 2005 and working as Lecturer in department of Pedodontics, Guru Nanak Dev Dental College & Research Institute, Sunam, Dr. Rajni continued enhancing her skills and knowledge to be able to deliver the best care possible to her patients in general dentistry. She has specialized her practice with incorporation of implantology. Dr. Rajni stays current with the latest technology and advancements in dentistry by attending dental conferences and continuing education courses. She is an active member of Indian Dental Association and has experience of more than 12 years. She loves spending time with her family. Her favorite hobbies include traveling, watching movies and listening songs.

She has unique approach to help every patient to “get the radiant smile they deserve”.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be requested via the online form, phone, or WhatsApp.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

In case of cancellation, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments under unavoidable circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

Cash, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards or other accepted modes as per the gateway.

Cheques (if submitted in advance and subject to balance realization).

ONLINE PAYMENTS

The transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway and can have additional gateway/transaction/convenience charges that the payment gateway service provider charges for processing your online payments through a secure payment gateway.

Advanced Dental Care Centre shall not be liable (a) if any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed or (b) for any failure on part of the bank or the credit card or the third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations or (c) in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly arising out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for refund: Refunds will be available when:

If the pre-payment appointment cancellation is made by you at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the appointment time.

If there is a change in patient’s general medical condition like cardiac, pulmonary or endocrinal etc., rendering the patient unsuitable for said treatment, whereupon an evidentiary proof is submitted by the patient.

Refunds are not applicable for ongoing and completed procedures.

For any other advance payments, refunds (if any) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to management discretion and can take 15 days.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
